Each incoming module is logged with supplier source, original serial number, photographed front/back and visually inspected for capacitor bulge, corrosion, or impact damage.
Unit is powered up on the bench rig with the OEM programming software (TIA Portal, Studio 5000, GX Works) — comms link verified, firmware reported, run/stop transitions tested.
Inputs/outputs cycle through 48-hour loopback. Drives run a load profile. CPUs hold a checksum-stable program for 12+ hours uninterrupted.
Test result compiled into a 2-page PDF with photos and measurements, packaged in antistatic with corrosion inhibitor sachets, DAP-shipped to your facility.

If a refurbished module fails to function as represented within 14 days of delivery, we replace or refund at our cost — no restocking fee, no return shipping for DOA. We don't pretend the warranty is 12 months because it isn't, and you wouldn't believe it if it was.
For safety-rated controllers, drive trip-tested motors, or units feeding pressure vessels, we recommend pairing refurb with an OEM new spare in stock. We'll quote both.
